Sharon and Erica discuss the challenges grievers face with openly talking about grief.  Unfortunately society is ill-equipped with how to talk about grief and often mislabel it and call it something other than grief.  Grief is anything that causes your heart to break and it is more than just death.  Sometimes it’s a feeling that your life is just not as fulfilling as it should be.  Whatever the cause it’s okay to talk about it and should you want to speak with us schedule a free phone session.
