Getting in Trouble With Your Grief

The sisters discuss how easy it is to get in trouble with your grief.  Grievers will try to do things to avoid feeling the pain such as drinking, isolating and over-sleeping.  Erica shares her personal experience with not reaching out for help and how she began to drown in her grief.
