Feeling the Feelings

Erica and Sharon talk about how important it is to feel your feelings no matter how much it hurts.  The sisters say “the only way out of the pain is through.”  Erica shares her personal struggle after Donovan died and how she completely resisted feeling any of the pain.  It is from her personal experience they developed their program Processing the Pain of Grief.
