Griever’s Brain

The Sisters discuss and define what it means to have griever’s brain.   Griever’s brain is real and it it’s so hard to function when your heart is broken.  Sometimes it seems impossible to complete the simplest tasks when you have experienced a grieving event.  This is normal and it’s part of the process.  You have to try really hard to find tricks that help you such as making lists and asking people for help.
