Can You Joke About Grief?

Sharon and Erica discuss whether or not it’s appropriate to joke about your grief.  It’s totally okay to find humor where you can when you are grieving.  It’s possible to laugh through pain.  We are not suggesting that grievers should walk around making jokes everyday, but in the event there is a humorous situation or some of the stories they tell about their loved ones are funny they shouldn’t feel bad about laughing.
