The sisters discuss how grief can bring on feelings of fear and anxiety.  Erica shares how she was plagued with panic attacks and hives after the passing of her son, Donovan.  When a griever tries to push back and resist their feelings they open themselves up to the possibility of having intense feelings of anxiety.  The sisters advise grievers to try their best to sit in their emotions and allow them in and to pass through them.  For more information please join our Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/hope.heal.recover
