Grief and the Holidays with Jen Osler-Bolton

December 14, 2019

Erica and Sharon speak with guest Jen Osler-Bolton about her family’s first holidays after her husband passed away.  Jen shares some of the challenges they faced with grief during the holidays as well as some new traditions they came up with as well.  Jen and her kids supported each other through the process and made sure to openly communicate how they were feeling along the way.  It was not for them, but they were determined to work though it all together.
