Erica and Sharon discuss how easy it is to engage in behaviors in an attempt to numb the pain from our grief.  Such behaviors include: over drinking, over eating, binge watching TV and excessive social media usage.  It is not uncommon to find things to distract ourselves from our pain, but if we are not careful we can develop addictions that will negatively impact not only us but our families as well.
